Every week a different age group is rostered to help with the BBQ & beach set up.
Please refer to the roster to confirm which Sundays your age group is required to help.  Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.

BBQ Roster

Please see Lisa Boyce. The required number of parents is:

• 3 parents to assist with the preparation @ 8.30am
• 3 Fathers to help with cooking the BBQ to come up to start at 9am
• 4 parents to assist with the serving the food to come up to the BBQ at 10am

Beach Setup Roster

Please see either Chris Walker or Brad French, near the board trailer at 7.30am on Sunday mornings.
